well, the first part is totally a wrong assumption and certainly not the base
for making any decision, if there is an option it should work as supposed to
and should be correctly documented. In analogy to Murphy, remember, all what
can be touched will be touched (by anybody)

the second, depending on how you read it, but I agree, setting it to yes or to
whatever does not make any difference at all
