I have searched through our last 4 weeks of mail logs at our site (about 75000 messages, 24000 identified as spam messages, RBLs enabled), and couldn't find any spam messages that were not tagged as spam, that would have been blocked by these new scores. In other words, even if you lower the the scores, or modify the rules, they still wouldn't help identify untagged spam at my site.
