don't understand why you're replicating URIBL.pm features like
uridnsbl_skip_domain
blacklist_uri_host
whitelist_uri_host

and not using URIBL.pm as base for your plugin instead of what looks 
like somethign based on URIDetail.pm which wasn't designed to play 
lookups but use the data available in rawbody.
