adding to my comment:
I see potential for the idea by extending the framework's lookup code
and implement something like "tflags lookupfile-blah" though flat file
lookups would be highly inefficient.
I just don't understand how this can be simpler& better to use than a
cheap and easy to use rlbldnsd instance.
