I have some problems with this:

- Company's mail policy does not allow me to just reject message on smtp level
based on one (or few) RBL. All emails should pass but some of them will be
placed on junk folder to let user decide/search for false-positives. Rejecting
on SMTP level also does not allow bayes to train/auto-learn.

- I'm quite sure that there are spammy messages out there that will hit URIBL
from DKIM test but not hit any other block list.

I know that it is kind of hackish to harvest domain from DKIM and it is good to
have beautiful and working code but if I had to choose if code should be more
beautiful or more working I will choose second option :)

Also let me point that I understand that this code was commented out because
someone needed it and because of that I would like to give a choice. If this is
a voting would like not to for re-implementation or not but rather for giving a
choice to use domains from DKIM or not.
