All emails should pass but some of them will be placed on junk folder to let user decide/search for false-positives. Rejecting on SMTP level also does not allow bayes to train/auto-learn. - I'm quite sure that there are spammy messages out there that will hit URIBL from DKIM test but not hit any other block list. I know that it is kind of hackish to harvest domain from DKIM and it is good to have beautiful and working code but if I had to choose if code should be more beautiful or more working I will choose second option :) Also let me point that I understand that this code was commented out because someone needed it and because of that I would like to give a choice.
