DKIM_VALID_ENV and DKIM_VALID_AU_ENV rules would be helpful for use in meta
rules.  It does not have anything directly related to determining ham or spam.

Basically this gets into the responsibility of DMARC so until that SA plugin is
written, it would be beneficial to have these to determine authenticity (not
authorization like SPF handles) alignment with the envelope-from.  If you
choose to do nothing with it then that's fine.

As DMARC gains traction like SPF has the past few years, forwarding is going to
become taboo until SRS is widely adopted.  Get ready for it.  Don't argue about
it.  Forwarding today simply looks like spoofing.  People should stop
forwarding and use POP/IMAP-linked accounts to get their email into their
preferred mailbox.
