No it doesn't, dmarc doesn't say anything about dkim for the envelope
sender.

SRS provides no benefit at all under DMARC. the fact that you thought it did
speaks volumes about your ignorance of the basics.

I'm not arguing with DMARC, I'm objecting to people who clearly don't
understand the issues changing the code. Go away and read the RFCs.
