Think government > contractors, federal labs, and universities. It's astounding (and a bit disturbing for my profession) how much Microsoft, to a lesser extent Google, and other large outsourcers have taken over the operations of corporate and academic email at the edge. e.g. Nasa email goes to MS365, a fair bit of federal government email goes through Cisco (ProofPoint) for filtering at least, DoD external mail is handled by Google, CalTech uses Cisco's IronPort service etc. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
