SPAM mail

We get a lot of SPAM from Germany. These emails come from different domains and
email addresses. The only similarity is that the MX records of the reply-to
address always point to mx1.privateemail.com and mx2.privateemail.com.

;; ANSWER SECTION:
jn-magnet.com. 600 IN MX 10 mx1.privateemail.com.
jn-magnet.com. 600 IN MX 10 mx2.privateemail.com.

Is it possible to blacklist MX-servers ?
