Do you actually read the comments?
1 - You are using opendns and you expect lookups to work. They dont.
The domain you mentioned is listed in SURBL and a few other lists.
SURBL HASHBL is catching all of these usually, it did for this one ;)
Please change your DNS provider first if you submit tickets so we really
see whats going on and not the tags like RCVD_IN_ZEN_BLOCKED_OPENDNS
