Just to clarify, there is already a `multipart_alternative_preferred_part` setting and it defaults to "all" (i.e. scan all parts). No one is suggesting changing that. This PR is about making any rule with `tflags multiple` scan only one part of a multipart message. It sounds like you are against that based on your "always inspect all parts" comment.
