Apache Bigtop uses Tomcat 6 to provide a common server for a number of other
components of Hadoop. As far as I know, there is no specific need to use Tomcat
7 over Tomcat 6, so it makes more sense to use Tomcat 6 for now until more
components can be upgraded to Tomcat 7.
