I'm looking at patching, yes. Not having a history with SQL Server, it'll take
me a little bit to figure this out, but I think it should be doable. But if
this is something pretty trivial that one of the regular devs wants to just
knock out, I'm fine with that too.
If I patch, it looks like SQLServerExportOutputFormat,
SqlServerExportBatchOutputFormat, and SQLServerResilientExportOutputFormat all
need modified to be aware of this arg? But I think not
SQLServerResilientUpdateOutputFormat, since inserts wouldn't apply for it.
Does that sound right?
