On parent/child APIs: Seems fine. I'm more partial to using query parameters
for filter information. Either model accomplishes the goal though.
On cname versus cid: I'd prefer to have both actually. For instance, when
querying the APIs, it would be fine to use the name attribute for lookup. When
a link references a connector though, I'd prefer to link by ID than name
generally. The reason being that database will simply be more optimized to
search by primary key. So, for usability, we should be able to look up by name.
For internal resolution, we should still be able to look up by ID.
