Update: In a offline discussion the possible alternatives to *Question 2* was
considered and we are going to go with the create job semantic and let
connectors choose the configs for FROM and TO for delta updates and users will
make a choice on what they want to use from both the FROM and TO side. In
future we may be able to force certain semantics at the sqoop job level such as
create job -f 1 -t 2 --type "NEW_RECORDS"
*Question 3* is still up for discussion.
