Please go ahead and create the follow up JIRA [~Yibing]. What JDK version are
you using? The test is passing for me on both 7 and 8, but the post-commit hook
runs on JDK6 (that I can't quickly verify), so I'm wondering if that might be
problem.
For the Jenkins account, I believe that only committers do have edit privs
there. You should still be able to see the job and it's execution though.
