Hey [~maugli] ,

I cannot seem to assign the ticket to myself. The keyboard shortcuts don't 
work. I assume this is the only way to do this as I don't see a web UI button 
to do it. I will try to split the ticket into 2 tickets as well, that should 
not be a problem.
