I'm using 0.12.0.  I got the error and checked to see that the archive was
there but empty.

If you create the file by hand make sure that the name of the root

Will do.  I think I might have made a mistake here; I'll retry.

The bundle for the Site

Yes, this was created successfully and was also installed successfully via
"{stanbol-host}/system/console/bundles".

I'll try the whole thing again and let you know how it goes.
