[~LongdaFeng] [~clockfly] is correct: IP clearance processing must be executed
by an ASF officer or member, which is why I assigned this ticket to myself.
The first step is to identify the code to be donated. [~LongdaFeng] can you
send me the commit SHA representing the JStorm code to donated? This can be the
latest commit (which is e6884c69904501dc98c41f671045334f966e116a made on 16 Feb
2015).
