#609 resolves storm-hive calcite SNAPSHOT dependency issue, but I didn't
backport it to 0.10.x-branch since it seems to be minor for users, but it is
critical issue for travis-ci build.
When we're willing to do pull request against 0.10.x-branch, we may be
better to backport #609 to 0.10.x-branch, too.
