Yes, I would love to see maven do the right thing from the beginning. But
it just is not setup to be able to do this type of thing. I don't even know if
it is possible. Essentially all we really need to do is to be able to change
the storm-core pom.xml dynamically during the build to switch it over to the
dependency reduced version. But I have no idea how to make that happen.
