(1) The latest log's hierarchy has been changed,
$BASE_LOG_DIR/workers-artifacts/$topologyName/port/xxxx.log, do you check
these?(2) if there is no any logs like
$BASE_LOG_DIR/workers-artifacts/$topologyName/port/xxxx.log, please check
whether the worker process exist or not(2.1) if the worker process is running,
please check whether log4j configuration is correct or not?(2.2) if the worker
process is dead, please find the command launching the worker in the
supervisor.log, then manually run the command, normally if the gc parameter is
invalid, it is likely to failed to launch
