The worker logs are now placed in a directory under storm-home, not
$BASE_LOG_DIR. That is likely to change to $BASE_LOG_DIR in the near future
because of the confusion it has caused.

whether the worker process exist or not(2.1) if the worker process is running,

process is dead, please find the command launching the worker in the

invalid, it is likely to failed to launch
