@revans2 @abhishekagarwal87 Thanks for your review. CommonInstaller was
removed, and the drpc changes have been merged. For SystemTopologyBuilder,
maybe it is better to follow up in a new JIRA for enhancement or code
restructuring, since this JIRA mainly focus on migration.
