Something odd is happening with the svn pubsub. I am not sure if it is just
going really slowly, or if it is stuck somewhere.
http://www.apache.org/dev/project-site.html indicates that it can be slow, but
24 hours slow is a lot, and it makes me think something is stuck.

shows that it is up to 1736206, in the svn revision, but my full changes are on
1736213. I am not ever sure what revision 1736206 is. I don't see it anywhere
in the revision log for our svn repository. I'll try to dig some more into
this and if things don't change soon I'll file a ticker with INFRA.
Turns out that doing a big update can take a very long time, and the javadocs
are very large, so it is likely taking a very long time to update. Either that
or something when wrong.
