I found the revision that the site reports that we are on, Not sure why it is
stuck on *206 though, and it has nothing to do with our repo. My only guess is
that it is some random version that it is reporting before getting stuck on our
release.

http://www.apache.org/dev/project-site.html suggests that we might want to look
at moving to the CMS instead of the pubsub for these types of cases. I might
explore that a bit too.
