Thanks @ptgoetz and @HeartSaVioR . One thing I missed in my implementation
is how to pass any additional configuration to failedMsgRetryManager. I can
either add an extra HashMap or pass stormConf in the prepare method of
failedMsgRetryManager. It's minor but still any suggestions?
