For leaving history: IMO we should hold on releasing 1.1.0 RC1 for the same reason on 1.0.2 RC3. Nimbus H/A has several issues which seems to be raised while adding BlobStore feature, and I filed STORM-1976 <https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/STORM-1976> and STORM-1977 <https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/STORM-1977> as blocker and critical.
