@arunmahadevan Ofcourse, BEAM support is not expected to be done in a large
PR with all the functionality. The approach I mentioned is to do in stages
starting with a doc to discuss BEAM features and involve community in all those
stages. This is more about discussing/figuring out the requirements for state
checkpointing, windowing and operators semantics.
