Environment: macOS 10.15, JDK 8, maven 3.5.4

Verified sigs and sums

Built a binary release from apache-storm-2.1.0-src.tar.gz

Ran unit tests: passed

Started non-secure cluster and launched WordCountTopology.

Opened the UI and browsed the cluster page, the topology page, and
looked at worker logs.

Deactivated, Activated the topology via the UI buttons. Did the same
via the CLI.

Topology logs and stats look OK.

+1
