Something like the local setup that Stratos 1.5.2 came with where people
can download and try out would be nice IMO. In this case since it includes
PaaS foundation layer that in itself might not be terribly interesting to
end users unless they have couple of Cartridges. So by default have the
PaaS foundation layer + the PHP cartridge may be? Down the line the
cartridges could be spun off to a new project sort of like a cartridge repo
perhaps.
