Hi Chintana,

In Stratos 1.5.2 or 1.6 we haven't used IaaS capability to scaling. We just
have JVM based separation and its can be download and run withing single
machine or VM. But Stratos 2.0 is running top of IaaS and its uses IaaS
level scaling. So it cant run in single machine without having a IaaS.
