Hi,

my vote is +1 (binding, IPMC Vote)
I checked (for extension and core):
- incubating in name
- sig and hashes are fine
- DISCLAIMER exists
- LICENSE and NOTICE as stated by Justin
- No unexpexted binaries
- Compiles from source ("mvn clean install")

Installer failing for me same way as reported by Justin (macOS).

    Hi,

+1 (binding) but there a number fo issue that need to be fixed for teh next
release

    For the extensions:
    - incubating in name
    - signatures and hashes are fine
    - DISCLAIMER exists
    - LICENSE is missing license for files copyright 2019 and 2020 FZI
Forschungszentrum Informatik
    - NOTICE incorrectly contains licensing information
    - Java files exists without ASF or 3rd party header
    - No unexpected binary files
    - Can compile from source

    For the installer
    - incubating in name
    - signatures and hashes are fine
    - DISCLAIMER exists
    - LICENSE and NOTICE fine
    - all files have ASF headers
    - No unexpected binary files
    -Can compile from source

The installer did fail to run for me on MacOS - not sure if this is an
issue or not.
