Refactor RequestUtils to allow subclassing

------- Additional Comments From [EMAIL PROTECTED] 2004-10-06 16:02 -------
Hi there. Great idea to have an extension point.

Just delegating the work to another class won't solve my problem. I need a way
to hook in my own implementation. So I assume there will be a way of
configuring RequestUtils to define which subclass shall be used.

Waiting eagerly to use this....
