I seem unable to build a valid struts-blank war. The one I get is missing the build.xml file and the WEB-INF/src/java directory. If this is a known issue that is being addressed in all the maven changes, that's fine, I just wanted to raise it if it wasn't.
Thanks for bringing it up. Somewhere on my list is 'compare all of the apps with the ones from 1.2.7 to see if we're missing anything.' Obviously, we are! As far as I can tell, the build.xml file in apps/blank doesn't do anything useful in that location and needs to be moved down so that it becomes part of the webapp. I'm going to do that... it can always be moved again if that was the wrong answer.
