We might be talking past each other. The package I'm talking about is here: * http://struts.apache.org/struts-extras/apidocs/index.html org.apache.struts.plugins.resources AFAIK, this is the only package with a dependency on Commons Resources. I'd check ow to be sure, but I'm on my way to the NE JUG right now. (Pre-registration are at 357.) I was thinking that if pull "org.apache.struts.plugins.resources" from the 1.3.0 release, then we eliminate the Commons Resources dependency, and we could post an initial release.
