OK, I see by the commit and wiki logs that Wendy has done the deed, and everything is checked that going to be checked :)
* http://wiki.apache.org/struts/StrutsClassicRelease130 Since a multiproject relesae is still new ground, I'm thinking the next step would be to assembly a prototype of what a 1.3.0 release would look like, and post it to a home directory, for everyone to review. Then, if appropriate, we can tag the repository, and release. If there are no objections, tonight I can put together a prototype release package. -Ted.
