I absolutely disagree. ;-) This is a significant issue that will cause us to incur the wrath of the infrastructure team, and cause application startup issues for our users. I do agree that it doesn't have to be perfect, but this issue is much bigger than a minor bug in the code base. I think it would be irresponsible for the Struts team to release 1.3.4 as GA. -- Martin Cooper I think we should adjust any documentation to only mention the 1.1 DTD, and
