Unless command-line ssh works, nothing else could be expected to.
The odd part is th CygWin ssh doesn't work now even if I give it the password.
The maven deploy command does work if I give it the password, but,
after three tries, I wasn't able to successfully provide the password
enough times.
I think some combination of PuTTY and scpexe:// urls (instead of
scp://) should work. I'll put it on the list to experiment with and
report back.
