I am working on some Struts 2 JIRA tickets that are ultimately XWork 
changes/fixes and wanted to know what the protocol was for making the changes. 
If 
there is a ticket in the Struts 2 JIRA system, do I need to open a 
corresponding XWork ticket as well so that the changes in XWork can be tracked? 
I 
assume this is the case and is what I did for a change I made this morning. If 
this is not required, then it's less work, but I don't want to skip this 
step if it is the standard protocol.

If the protocol is to open corresponding XWork tickets, should I just copy over 
the Struts 2 ticket info for the most part?
