There is good news and bad news... The good news is that infra fixed
up the comm...@struts.a.o spamassassin settings to accept email from
*.apache.org, which had been blocking posts from hudson in the past.
The bad news is that apparently, it sends one email for each artifact,
which as we witnessed, is a little much.

So, I changed the email notification to just send to me. Hudson had
been broken for a little while and was recently fixed, so the emails
should only come when the build breaks (or when it succeeds after a
broken build, as in this case).

Anyhow, sorry about that folks!
