Also, could you ensure only one email gets sent for the whole project? The is how Bamboo is currently configured, though it was blocked by the same infra issue, iirc. I remember continuum used to be used for numerous Apache projects, and it used to drive me nuts how some random maven failure caused like 30 messages.
