Patch Submissions.

Hi Everyone,
 
Just a quick note to ask that if a patch is submitted by a non-committer,
could the actual Committer please ensure a an appropriate commit message is
append to the original thread.
 
For the most part is this is normally done and thanks. It makes my job that
much easier.
 
I also am aware that subject names do get changed during a thread.
I'll make sure I do some more searching on my end, too.
