Title
MailMerge wizard: e-Mail related
controls now hidden if unsupported
Description
In OOo 2.01 those controls of the mail merge wizard that are necessary
to configure mail merge to e-Mail are hidden if the e-Mail service is
not available.
That means that the second page "Select document type" is dropped and
that on the last page the "Send merged document as E-Mail" button is
hidden.
If the user does not have the service installed and runs office and
explores the mail merge, then the options are hidden. If then
subsequently the user *does* install the service and re investigates the
email mail merge, will the installation of the service re-enable the
options ?

Hi,
if the related configuration entry is set together with the installation
of the service then the pages will be visible. It depends on the
configuration property
org.openoffice.Office.Writer.MailMergeWizard.EMailSupported.
In officecfg/registry/org/openoffice/Office/Writer.xcu there's the
module 'javamail' specified that does the job when it's installed.
