Hi guys,
How are things in chilly Hamburg?
I apologise if the question I ask has been asked before, but the
facilities offered to search mailing list archives are terrible. Would
it be possible for collab.net to use a less restrictive robots.txt, that
perhaps excluded 'servlets'?
Anyway, the question I have is that I have a document with a structure
like this:
Section 101. Bla bla
(A) blablabla
(1) blabla
(i) foofoo
(2) blabla
(i) blablabla
etc. This obviously works fine with numbering styles. The problem occurs
because I have a requirement that the document must support this structure:
Section 101. Bla bla (A) blablabla (1) blablabla (i) foofoo
etc.
Now, just as obviously, this doesn't work fine with numbering styles, as
they can only be applied to paragraphs.
My question is: is there another way to do this?
If not: How feasible would it be to be able to apply numbering styles to
character styles?
Marty
ps: My tan from Australia is rapidly fading under Ireland's incessant
onslaught of rain and cloud!!!
