I did spend some time on reading the comments under the issue and analyzing 
the requirementa about it, but it doesn't matter. I also learnen more about 
OpenOffice.org and knew improvements OOo needed. : )

I'm so sorry to give you a reply so late.
Indeed there are some freshmen to OOo in our team, but there are still some
developers working on OOo for two years or more and knowing core and layout 
functionality well. So we have experience programming with OOo.
But we are not interested in GUI programming. Besides, there is another team in 
our company working on GUI. Our responsibility is not this.

So, would you give us some advices about what to do other than GUI?
