Hi Liyuan,

In step 5 you have applied an automatic-created list style/numbering
rule to your paragraph. This hard-set list style/numbering rule
overrules the Outline numbering rule, which is applied through paragraph
style "Heading 1" after your step 6.

To get rid of the hard-set list style/numbering rule after your step 6
you have to:
a.) place the cursor in your paragraph "Hello"
b.) click in the toolbar the button "Numbering On/Off" - the action will
clear the hard-set list style/numbering rule at the paragraph.

Regards, Oliver.
