No, it doesn't. Except for the fact that a language dependent 
AutoCaption also suffers from the triple language problem. Which of the

three (Western, Asian, CTL) locales should be used?

How can we resolve this problem? Or should we forget the language
dependency of caption? Or what parameter can make the dicision about the
language of caption?
I checked the specification of FL and looks good. I would like to know
if Hungarian dialogs will be different from others? Or all language gets
this new dialog? The mockups might have a small problem in the screens
where "Category first" selected. The Numbering separator is "." but it
is ignored in the preview. Is this the planned behavior?

BTW: Your initial spec mentioned a feature to change the formatting of

existing captions when changing the option setting. This is not easily

possible because captions are just simple text.

I think this is not a problem. Rewriting text in the document is
dangerous. So we do not want to create more problems with it, do we. So
I agree with you.
