The default is value depends on the UI langauge. You can always change
the setting if you want it in the opposite order. Depending on the
language doesn't work because the document has three languages
(Western, CJK and CTL).
I didn't know that. And I do not know what is the best solution. I just
want to collet all of information to make the best solution. For this I
got information from Ain - Estonian language is not affected in this
issue. Also I have asked Finnish parity directly because our roots are
same :o)
