If others also prefer to receive commit messages in the same dev list I
do not mind subscribing all devs..
But I think there can be many individuals on the dev list who are not
particularly interested in the commits (e.g. people who use synapse but
likes to know the dev discussions etc.. ) and I think there are quite a
few such people on the dev list of Synapse..
